Hooked on Fishing

We took the children fishing yesterday to a great park in Union. It was an event that is also a memorial tribute to a family who lost their son. It was the very first time the children had experienced fishing., it was a blast. Stephen caught his first fish, a white perch! Kalen on the other hand had a great cast technique but enjoyed reeling it back in and had no patience on waiting for the fish to come to her. We also enjoyed a small b-b-que also sponsored by the volunteers at the event. Overall it was great to get outdoors, enjoy the lake and be with nature as a family.
