Thinking of you Florida, at this time when Wilma is coming to land upon your beautiful paradise of land, sea, and people. I think of the wonderful time I have spent there at my parentrs little hide away. The oasis by the sea. I feel so sad and vunerable, as I watch the news and weather reports of what is about to happen.
Please pass by quickly and leave no severe damage in your path.

Feeling Fall

I always have a fall feeling called let down. I feel this way because I know deep in my soul winter is forthcoming. It is really just awful, because when I was younger I tried so hard to see the change in seasons as a blessing of some sorts, a new fresh beginning...Ha what joke, funny how that changes as one ages.
I am so not a winter person at all. So what is one to do, or what should I feel, when I know winter is coming. Yes, snow boots, suits, hats, scarves, gloves shovels....arghhhhhhh....Why can't summer be forever?
